Apella Wealth completed the acquisition of PBMares Wealth Management from WPCG-backed PBMares.

Apella Wealth, a financial advisory and wealth management firm, completed the acquisition of PBMares Wealth Management, an independent, registered investment advisory firm, from WPCG-backed PBMares, an investment advisory firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We are thrilled for the PBMares wealth team to join Apella and to continue a strategic relationship with PBMares LLP.
