Nordstjernan-backed Dacke Industri, a company that specializes in innovative technology companies, completed the acquisition of Tufcot Engineering, a company that specializes in the development and manufacturing of composite materials and engineering components. Financial terms were not disclosed. “From our first meeting with Dacke Industri, we knew they were the right fit for Tufcot and what was required to continue our history of growth, investment, and development.
