Lane42 Investment Partners and Karis Midstream Partners completed the acquisition of Aqua Terra Permian.

Lane42 Investment Partners, an alternative asset management firm, and Karis Midstream Partners, a midstream company, completed the acquisition of Aqua Terra Permian, an energy infrastructure company. Financial terms were not disclosed.
