Bain Capital-backed Frontline Road Safety, completed the acquisition of Surface Preparation Technologies from Dominus Capital.

Bain Capital-backed Frontline Road Safety, a provider of pavement marking, completed the acquisition of Surface Preparation Technologies, a company providing rumble strips and roadway safety services, from Dominus Capital, a private equity company. Financial terms were not disclosed. During our ownership, SPT more than doubled in size and is well positioned for its next stage of growth.
