Aggressive Capital, an investment management firm, completed the acquisition of a 88.1% stake in Exercise Investment, a fitness club operator that owns and manages the Lemon Gym and Impuls gym chains, from BaltCap, a private equity and venture capital investor. Financial terms were not disclosed. The main advantage of this transaction is that it ensures continuity of management while opening up new investment opportunities in the rapidly growing wellness sector in the Baltic States.
