Sertion completed the acquisition of Nørhalne for €8.9m.

Sertion, a Nordic group specialising in pipe installations, completed the acquisition of Nørhalne, a Danish HVAC company, for €8.9m. "The acquisition of Nørhalne VVS is fully aligned with our long-term growth strategy.
