Pacific Avenue and Cameron Ashley Building Products completed the acquisition of Therm-All.

Pacific Avenue, a global private equity firm, and Cameron Ashley Building Products, a wholesale distributor of roofing, insulation, gypsum, siding, and other specialty building products, completed the acquisition of Therm-All, a fabricator and distributor of metal building insulation and related products. Financial terms were not disclosed. "We look forward to partnering with Pacific Avenue to drive the next phase of Therm-All's growth.
