Blackstone completed the acquisition of the remaining stake in Air Control Concepts from Madison Dearborn Partners.

Blackstone, an American multinational private equity firm, completed the acquisition of the remaining stake in Air Control Concepts, a company that partners with and supports local commercial HVAC solutions providers, from Madison Dearborn Partners, an American private equity firm.
