TruArc Partners-backed New Directions Aromatics, a specialty natural ingredients supplier, completed the acquisition of a 50.1% majority stake in Aromatic Fragrances International, an e-commerce-enabled B2B fragrance supplier to beauty, personal care, home care, and other markets. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Aromatic Fragrances’ product development expertise and e-commerce-enabled operating model complements our core focus of providing natural and organic ingredients through a digitally driven customer experience,” Sergio Pereira, New Directions CEO.
