Enterprise Investors-backed Unity Care, a medical provider that develops and supports a network of local healthcare clinics, completed the acquisition of Centrum Diagnostyczno Lecznicze Barska, a private medical provider that delivers hospital procedures and diagnostics. Financial terms were not disclosed. The acquisition forms part of Unity Care’s strategy to consolidate the private healthcare services market in Poland and to further expand its network of specialist and primary healthcare facilities.
