Arcwood Environmental completed the acquisition of MXI Environmental Services.

Arcwood Environmental, a provider of sustainable waste management solutions, specializing in industrial, hazardous, and non-hazardous waste services, completed the acquisition of MXI Environmental Services, a company specializing in hazardous and non-hazardous waste management, recycling, and environmental cleanup. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Our goal is to become the most trusted partner in the environmental services industry.
