Savoria to acquire tea business in Indonesia from Unilever.

Savoria, a prominent food and beverage company, agreed to acquire tea business in Indonesia from Unilever, a British-Dutch transnational consumer goods company. Financial terms are not disclosed. “We are confident that this transaction will position the tea business for its next phase of growth, while sharpening Unilever Indonesia’s focus on priority, higher growth segments and reinforcing our commitment to sustainable shareholder value,” Benjie Yap, Unilever Indonesia President and Director.
