Arcus Infrastructure Partners to acquire Wifinity from LDC.

Arcus Infrastructure Partners, a private equity firm, agreed to acquire Wifinity, an independent provider of business critical connectivity for complex, multi-site and multi-tenant environments, from LDC, a private equity investor. Financial terms were not disclosed. “LDC’s strategic guidance and deep sector experience have been instrumental in our journey to becoming the UK’s leading independent connectivity provider in the end markets we serve. Together, we’ve invested significantly in our infrastructure, launched into new markets and successfully integrated two businesses that have broadened our capabilities.
