Computacenter, an independent technology and services provider, completed the acquisition of AgreeYa Solutions, a professional services business focused on the US enterprise market and the assets of the associated business, for $120m. AgreeYa enhances Computacenter's existing capabilities in the areas of cloud, data, automation and AI; digital engineering (app modernisation, development and testing); modern workplace and IT staffing (expert services).
