Broadridge Financial Solutions completed the acquisition of a minority stake in DeepSee.

Broadridge Financial Solutions, a provider of investor communications and technology solutions, completed the acquisition of a minority stake in DeepSee, a company that provides software-defined services in the financial services sector. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Working with Broadridge enables us to scale that vision globally, bringing AI innovation directly to the core of capital markets operations.
