Calera Capital completed the acquisition of ReVamp from Bertram.

Calera Capital, a private equity company, completed the acquisition of ReVamp, a company providing residential floor coating and vinyl fence installation services, from Bertram, a private equity firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Jeff Gear and the ReVamp management team have grown the business into a true leader in the home improvement services industry.
