Maja completed the acquisition of VCK Logistics from VCK Holding.

Maja, a stevedore in the port of Amsterdam and Rotterdam providing storage and unloading/loading of vessels, completed the acquisition of VCK Logistics, a company specializing in break bulk and project cargo, from VCK Holding, a freight forwarding, airfreight and logistics company. Financial terms were not disclosed.
