Exponent-backed H&MV Engineering completed the acquisition of Cooke Power Services.

Exponent-backed H&MV Engineering, a global provider of specialist high voltage design, engineering and construction services, completed the acquisition of Cooke Power Services, a provider of high-voltage electrical services. Financial terms were not disclosed. "This acquisition is key to our continued expansion strategy in the US.
