MML Keystone completed the acquisition of Coptersafety from Sentica Partners.

MML Keystone, a private equity firm, completed the acquisition of Coptersafety, an independent helicopter simulator training provider, from Sentica Partners, a private equity firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. ‘We are delighted to welcome MML Keystone as our new partner.
