Bravedo completed the acquisition of Forenom from CapMan.

Bravedo, a provider of B2B and public sector services, completed the acquisition of Forenom, a provider of serviced apartments, from CapMan, a private equity firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. “During the previous years, Forenom has developed into a true leader in the North European serviced apartments market. Bravedo, together with our co-investors, is excited to invest in Forenom and further support its growth in the future.
