Attindas Hygiene Partners completed the acquisition of SILC.

Attindas Hygiene Partners, a global company that designs, manufactures, and sells absorbent hygiene products, completed the acquisition of SILC, a designer, manufacturer, and seller of products for adult incontinence. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Our strategy at Attindas focuses on meeting the growing demand for essential hygiene products in North America and Europe.
