iHerb Holdings completed the acquisition of Vitacost.com from Kroger.

iHerb Holdings, an online retailer specializing in health and wellness, completed the acquisition of Vitacost.com, an online retailer of health and wellness products, from Kroger, a grocery chain. Financial terms were not disclosed. "This acquisition immediately expands our scale in the US, strengthens our relationships with key brands and adds a largely incremental customer base to iHerb’s platform. It also demonstrates our ability to grow through strategic acquisitions that complement our nearly 30-year history of organic growth," Emun Zabihi, iHerb CEO.
