WindRose Health Investors completed an investment in Francisco Partners-backed Avalon Healthcare Solutions.

WindRose Health Investors, a healthcare-focused private equity firm, completed an investment in Francisco Partners-backed Avalon Healthcare Solutions, a healthcare technology company. Financial terms were not disclosed. "We are grateful for Francisco Partners' continued support and are excited to partner with WindRose and begin this next chapter.
