Teneo completed the acquisition of New Zealand BRS unit of PwC.

Teneo, a company specializing in global CEO advisory services, completed the acquisition of the New Zealand business restructuring services unit of PwC, a multinational network of professional services firms. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Today’s acquisition is another important milestone in our global growth and the build out of Teneo’s offering across Asia-Pacific.
