Equitix completed the acquisition of an additional 30% stake in Acea Sun Capital from Acea Produzione for €174m.

Equitix, an international investor, developer, and fund manager, completed the acquisition of an additional 30% stake in Acea Sun Capital, a holding company for renewable energy assets in Italy, from Acea Produzione, the primary power generation subsidiary of the ACEA Group, for €174m. “Italy is a core market for Equitix, and this acquisition strengthens our ability to deliver sustainable energy solutions and long-term value for our investors. We look forward to strengthening our partnership with ACEA while growing our solar portfolio in the region further," Achal Bhuwania, Equitix CIO.
