Teneo, a company specializing in global CEO advisory services, completed the acquisition of a majority stake in Clarity Partners, a Nordics focused small- and mid-cap ​focused M&A and growth strategy advisor. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Europe represents an important and growing market for Teneo’s global clients, and we are committed to continue growing our team across the continent.
