TIC Holding Schweiz completed the acquisition of HSE Conseils.

TIC Holding Schweiz, a testing, inspection and certification services group, completed the acquisition of HSE Conseils, a consulting company providing health, safety and environmental advisory services. Financial terms were not disclosed. "TIC Holding is the ideal acquirer for our already multi-site and multi-sector company.
