Platte River Equity completed the acquisition of Team UIS.

Platte River Equity, a private equity firm, completed the acquisition of Team UIS, an electrical service company. Financial terms were not disclosed. “With Platte River’s support, we are well positioned to continue investing organically in our platform, strengthening our operations, infrastructure and executing on the attractive opportunities in front of us as demand for our services continues to grow,” John Patry, Team UIS Chairman.
