Grupo Falabella, a Latin American retail and e‑commerce conglomerate, completed the acquisition of a minority stake in Falabella Retail, an online retail platform, Banco Falabella, a Chilean bank, and Seguro Falabella, an insurance provider, from Organizacion Corona, a Colombian multinational that manufactures and commercializes home improvement, for $159m.
