VP Spine to acquire SpineHawk intraoperative visualization platform of Robotron Surgical Technologies.

VP Spine, a medical technology company focused on the development and commercialization of spine products, agreed to acquire the SpineHawk intraoperative visualization platform of Robotron Surgical Technologies, a developer of AI-driven robotics, imaging, and visualization platforms for spine and other surgical specialties. Financial terms are not disclosed. “This acquisition aligns with our strategy to expand VB Spine’s portfolio with differentiated technologies that support surgeons in the operating room. The SpineHawk platform complements our existing spine solutions and supports our long-term roadmap to redefine spine care,” Marc Viscogliosi, VB Spine Co-CEO.
