Imuxol completed the acquisition of Medpalett from Evonik.

Imuxol, a healthcare investment and holding firm, completed the acquisition of Medpalett, a nutraceutical manufacturer, from Evonik, a specialty chemicals producer. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We want to build Norwegian industry and expertise, and we will do it from here. It is actually possible to produce health-promoting products with the world market as the target, without moving production out of the country,” Kåre Svaboe, Imuxol and Biolink Group CEO.
