SouthWorth Capital Management completed the acquisition of American Furniture Manufacturing.

SouthWorth Capital Management, a Memphis-based family office, completed the acquisition of American Furniture Manufacturing, a vertically integrated furniture procurement, design, and contract assembly company serving the low-to-mid price furniture market.
