Concentra to acquire Reliant Immediate Care from MBI Industrial Medicine.

Concentra, a health care services company, agreed to acquire Reliant Immediate Care, a company which provides a range of occupational health services, from MBI Industrial Medicine, a provider of occupational injury care services that specialises in treating workplace injuries. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Reliant Immediate Care has a strong reputation in California. We look forward to continuing that legacy with employers and expanding access to care in the greater Los Angeles area," Kathy Le, Concentra medical operations Senior Vice President.
