Vision Battery, a Chinese company that develops, manufactures, and sells battery products, completed the acquisition of a minority stake in UCB Power, a Brazilian company that develops and manufactures energy storage solutions and batteries, from GEF Capital Partners, a private equity firm. Financial terms were not disclosed.
