Prime Capital Financial, an independent financial services firm, completed the acquisition of Bradshaw Rogers Financial Partners, a planning-led wealth management firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Trent and Brandon have built an exemplary team with a strong tax-focused approach that complements our recent expansion into tax services.
