Arthrex to acquire Corin Group for $330m.

Arthrex, a global medical device company specializing in orthopedics, agreed to acquire Corin Group, a medical technology firm specializing in orthopedic surgery, for $330m. Acquiring Corin gives Arthrex an instant lineup of implants, including the Unity Knee and Trinity Hip, allowing Arthrex to compete for hospital "Total Joint" contracts immediately.
