Wellma, a full-range European CDMO within nutraceuticals, completed the acquisition of Mondial Pack, a Dutch CDMO with deep expertise in capsules and softgels. Financial terms were not disclosed. “From the first discussions, it was clear that there is a strong cultural fit and shared focus on quality, customers, and operational excellence.
