IK Partners-backed KOOI to acquire Video Guard from Addsecure.

IK Partners-backed Kooi, a company providing camera tower and heat detection solutions, agreed to acquire Video Guard, a company providing KRITIS-compliant security services, from AddSecure, a company providing IoT solutions for secure critical communications. Financial terms were not disclosed. “This transaction is an important milestone for both companies, enabling us to pursue our respective growth strategies.
