Seatex completed the acquisition of Key Polymer from DalFort Capital Partners.

Seatex, a privately held chemical blending and manufacturing company, completed the acquisition of Key Polymer, a specialty manufacturer of high-performance adhesives, coatings, and chemical compounds, serving industrial, automotive, aerospace, and electronics sectors, from DalFort Capital Partners, a private equity firm. Financial terms were not disclosed.
