VIA Outlets completed the acquisition of Scalo Milano Outlet & More from Lonati Group.

VIA Outlets, an owner-operator of fashion outlet centres, completed the acquisition of Scalo Milano Outlet & More, an outlet centre, from Lonati Group, an industrial conglomerate. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Entering the Italian retail market is a strategic milestone for VIA Outlets.
