OneRyan Global completed the acquisition of a majority stake in Mr Gatti's Pizza.

OneRyan Global, the family office of businessman and philanthropist G. Brint Ryan, completed the acquisition of a majority stake in Mr Gatti's Pizza, a Southern and Southeastern United States pizza-buffet chain. Financial terms were not disclosed.
