Centerbridge Partners to acquire a minority stake in Pure Cremation from Epiris Managers.

Centerbridge Partners, a multi-strategy private investment firm, agreed to acquire a minority stake in Pure Cremation, a funeral services provider in the UK, from Epiris Managers, a private equity firm. Financial terms are not disclosed. "The transaction we are announcing today enables us both to deliver an outstanding result for our investors and to remain in control of the business as we embark on its next phase of growth with Centerbridge’s support," Owen Wilson, Epiris Chief Investment Partner.
