L Squared Capital Partners-backed Kano Laboratories completed the acquisition of CAIG Laboratories.

L Squared Capital Partners-backed Kano Laboratories, a provider of premium branded consumable chemical solutions, completed the acquisition of CAIG Laboratories, a company specializing in electronic deoxidation, contact cleaners, enhancers and protectants. Financial terms were not disclosed. “This partnership is an important next step for CAIG’s end users, customers, and suppliers.
