Thompson Street Capital-backed PestCo Holdings, a national provider of pest control services to residential and commercial customers, completed the acquisition of Long Pest Control, a provider of pest control services. Financial terms were not disclosed. “It’s very exciting to continue our growth in the Pacific Northwest region. The addition of Long Pest Control truly strengthens our company in this key market.
