Future, a special interest media company, completed the acquisition of SheerLuxel, a lifestyle brand that provides fashion, beauty, and lifestyle content and products, and BLUSH Talent, a digital publisher that produces fashion, beauty, and lifestyle content for a large online audience, for £39.9m.
