Winterberg-bakced TIC Holding Schweiz completed the acquisition of a minority stake in Vibro-Consult.

Winterberg-bakced TIC Holding Schweiz, a testing, inspection and certification services group, completed the acquisition of a minority stake in Vibro-Consult, a company specializing in mission-critical vibration diagnostics in power plants. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Vibro-Consult is truly a unique company. It is the clear market leader in Switzerland and, due to its highly specialized capabilities, is also in demand worldwide. We are therefore delighted that Vibro-Consult is strengthening our Industry platform.
