Solabia Group completed the acquisition of I.D. BIO from Seqens.

Solabia Group, a biotechnology company, with a focus on developing and supplying innovative ingredients worldwide, completed the acquisition of I.D. BIO, a French company based in Limoges, specialising in the extraction and purification of animal and vegetable proteins, from Seqens, a global company specialising in pharmaceutical solutions and specialty ingredients. Financial terms were not disclosed.
