Blackstone Energy Transition to acquire Arlington Industries.

Blackstone Energy Transition, a Blackstone's energy-focused private equity business, agreed to acquire Arlington Industries, a domestic manufacturer of high performance electrical products. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We are thrilled to be entering into this new partnership between Arlington and Blackstone.
