Century Aluminum to form a joint venture with Emirates Global Aluminium.

Century Aluminum, a global metals and mining company, agreed to form a joint venture with Emirates Global Aluminium, an aluminium producer, to build the new primary aluminum production plant in the US. Financial terms are not disclosed. “We have made great progress preparing for the start of construction in Inola, and welcome Century as a partner in this important project for the future of American industry and now both our companies.
