JLL Partners completed the acquisition of PowerParts Group.

JLL Partners, an American private equity firm, completed the acquisition of PowerParts Group, a manufacturer that supplies custom‑engineered replacement parts for gas and steam turbines. Financial terms were not disclosed. “PPG plays an integral role in supporting the critical maintenance needs of gas and steam turbines.
